The staff are friendly and nice.The location is nice.

The room has a yellow light. It's too yellow.The breakfast they serve are onigiri and soup only. Expected more.

The location was very good. The price was also reasonable especially with free breakfast.

The bed and the pillow were very hard and not comfortable.

The location because its so close to toyama station. We love the breakfast so delicious ( 美味しい). Clean and organized. Well recommended.

Location, of course! Our plan was to go to Tateyama Alpine Route and Kurobe Gorge and the hotel location is perfect! Even if we leave in wee hours of the morning, it is manageable. We also like the breakfast, simple yet filling. Thank you for giving us complimentary tram rides. We were able to go around the city because of this. There are many convenience stores in the area so we didn't go hungry.

The pillows are quite hard. I wish there's option to choose between hard and soft pillows.

Staff was helpful whenever we interacted and location to the train station very convenient.

We found the beds very firm and uncomfortable which inmpacted a good night's sleep.

The staff was friendly and available. The room was but though the decor was dated. A good sized bathroom and a free breakfast.

The beds were hard as a rock. Not sure if it was just our room or every room but they weren't comfortable.Breakfast was chaotic. Since it was free everyone went, no one followed the lines and it made it difficult to see what was available.

This hotel had a great location for our one night stopover, being just across the road from the station. The room was comfortable and had all we needed in it. There was a selection of bars and restaurants a short walk from the hotel and we can highly recommend a restaurant called Old New where the Okonomiyaki was cooked in front of us, each being served as a work of art.

The included breakfast was very Japanese. Nothing much for Western tastes. The Japanese guests seemed to love it though and there was plenty of it.

Great location right across Toyama station - nice view of the Tateyama mountains. Easy parking right at the rear entrance of the hotel. Nice breakfast.

Quite crowded at breakfast, but still in order - be there as early as possible to avoid the crowds

The location is very close to the station and numerous department stores, shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and polite. The facilities were all nice.

The highlights for me were the free buffet breakfast and room cleanliness. Access to laundry machines was also easy and the staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was good. Changing up the variety of Breakfast items on occasion would enhance the experience significantly. Prime location.

Breakfast line and seating capacity during the morning was crowded and stagnant. Easy adaptable changes would certainly enhance the overall experience.

It is near the station where we can buy our tickets and take take the train to tateyama kurobe alpine, beside the sushi restaurant which served fresh sushis, in front of toyama station and its malls, and served breakfast

Location is very near to Toyama Station; just walk 3 minutes.Room rate is very valuable. Very good restaurant / good food in area.We stay on the 10th floor. Can see Tateyama from the room. Very nice view.Very easy to walk to sight seeing spot like Kansui park.Hotel also provide breakfast. Even though we didn't take it since our normal first meal is 12.00 pm, but the breakfast looks good.

Perfect location for Alpine route base. Free breakfast for everyone. Big beds. Good value for money.

Breakfast was free so it was just edible and afford was to be made as many people were there and the food was not refilled. Beds were rather tough, in normal range for Asian hotels though.
